Jaime Wynter-Hewitt

I have been an educator for over 11 years. I enjoy working with children and especially those with special educational needs. "I call them Oysters, because they have invaluable pearls."

I have worked in different realms of special education with children from varying backgrounds, travelling countries like Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico, and the USA. I tend to connect with children in a way that uniquely allows her to reach their hearts, which is a fundamental art of teaching.

As a Jamaican, mother and wife, I strongly believe that everyone should not limit their abilities to one pathway. “There are different roads that may lead to the same destination, and sometimes we get lost trying to get there. Whichever road you take, appreciate the journey, and make the memories last for a lifetime.”

I enjoy travelling, gardening and spending time with my husband, Linton, and daughter, Mulani.
